Meet LaTaunya Witherspoon
LaTaunya Witherspoon is the Owner and Founder of SpoonFed Training. As an Alumni of Washington State University with a B.A. in Sociology and M.A. in Elementary Education, LaTaunya has always shared a passion for motivating and supporting others to live and share a healthier lifestyle. As an ex track and field athlete with 14 years of experience in sports, LaTaunya has received many awards with recognition for her excellent service, skill and community support.

Meet Reggie Witherspoon Jr.
Reggie Witherspoon began running track and playing football at the age of 7 years old. Reggie qualified & competed in 12 National Track & Field Junior Olympic competitions. He was an All State Running Back & Sprinter out of Rainier Beach High School in Seattle, Wa. He earned a Full ride scholarship to play football at Eastern Wash University, and also ran track for EWU. Immediately following his football career, he began to coach and train young athletes in both football and track. Reggie has a passion for teaching athletes how to increase their speed and running back specific skill training. He has over 12 years of experience training athletes on speed & agility while focusing on technique. Reggie is a firm believer that proper technique enhances athletes ability in every phase of their sport, with areas of focus , but not limited to core , fast twitch muscle and power.
Meet Alisia Fui
Alisia Fui was born in Seattle, Washington and later moved to Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada at the age of 10. In high school she ran Track and played basketball every year with her team winning one championship. She took an interest in judo that paid off with hard work and determination leading her to competing at the Canadian National level. She received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Lakehead University. Alisia’s drive and self-motivation has led her to initiating a career in personal training. She is passionate about living and healthy, active lifestyle and believes that incorporating exercise and eating to fuel your body will lead to a well rounded, happy life.
Bunok is an international yoga and meditation teacher, who built her practice in Los Angeles and has recently relocated to Renton, WA. When introduced to hatha yoga in a small studio in Brooklyn Heights, she immediately had a passion for the practice and decided in 2007 it was time to share it with others. Bunok is also a paragliding pilot who also specializes in teaching yoga to pilots. She teaches many styles of yoga but her main focus is alignment-based Vinyasa flow for all levels of practitioner. She is an RYT-200 with extensive anatomy training, initiate of Transcendental Meditation & trained in Vipassana/Mindfulness practices.
Meet Kyra Gaines
Kyra is a personal trainer who has a background in health and fitness, with 20 years of experience in performance training. Kyra specializes in curating individualized programs that include meal planning, cardio, core and strength training for clients based on their health and wellness goals. She graduated with her B.A. in Sociology from Eastern Washington University, where she also ran as a sprinter for the track and field team. Having a great passion for holistic wellness, Kyra uses her training to advocate for a mindful lifestyle that centers a healthy mind, body and soul.
