Meet the Owner and Founder of SpoonFed Training -- LaTaunya is an Alumni of Washington State University where she received a B.A. in Sociology and M.A. in Elementary Education; she is also a former track and field athlete. With over 14+ years of experience in fitness and sports, she developed a natural passion for supporting others on their health and wellness journey. As a small business owner, customer satisfaction is LaTaunya's top priority; she has received many awards with recognition for her commitment to excellence, skills, and community support.
Reggie Witherspoon began running track and playing football at the age of 7 and competed in 12 National Track & Field Junior Olympic competitions. He was an All State Running Back and Sprinter out of Rainier Beach HS in Seattle, WA. He earned a full ride football scholarship at Eastern Wash University, where he also ran track. Immediately following his football career, he began to coach and train young athletes. Reggie has a passion for teaching athletes how to increase their speed and skillsets. He has over 12 years of experience training athletes on speed & agility while focusing on technique. Reggie is a firm believer that proper technique enhances athletes ability in every phase of their sport, with areas of focus , but not limited to core , fast twitch muscle and power.
Growing up as a product of faith, strong family values and unconditional love for the outdoors, the progression into becoming a fitness instructor was natural for Kyra Gaines. In addition to her eclectic blend of passions, Kyra’s penchant for introducing people to a healthier lifestyle is well-preserved in the enthusiasm she shows. From helping people feel their body’s strength build and grow through HIIT to empowering clients one-on-one by providing them fitness plans made especially for them, her passion is quite evident. Kyra graduated with her B.A. in Sociology from Eastern Washington University, where she also ran as a sprinter for the track and field team. Having a great passion for holistic wellness, Kyra uses her training to advocate for a mindful lifestyle that centers a healthy mind, body and soul.
Elijah is a Master Personal Trainer and specializes in weight loss, nutrition, functional training, sports specific training, and transformation changes. He is passionate about helping others live a healthier lifestyle and be the best version of themselves!
Elijah has over 15 years as a fitness professional in different aspects of the field, Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from Eastern Washington University where he played collegiate football at. He went to high school at Curtis HS where he was Associated Press Player of the Year for Washington State in football, while also winning 2 state titles in football, and 1 state title in track. In his spare time, he loves to spend time with his wife and 4 kids just hanging out and watching movies!
